Wilbury Partners utilises Origination and Execution methodology.
This approach means each client is allocated at least two experienced consultants dedicated to working on their assignment from beginning to end. The project team will also include a research associate, whose responsibility is to assist in keeping the talent maps up to date.

Origination consultants are responsible for:
